Fragrance Society Membership Benefits

The Testament Fragrance Society is our members-only programme, free to join. As a member, you receive:

• Early access to new fragrance releases before they are available to the public
• Member-only pricing and exclusive promotional offers
• Insider content — notes on inspiration, ingredients, and the creative process
• Priority customer support with faster response times
• Free standard UK shipping on all orders (see Free UK Shipping Policy below)

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Testament London LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership benefits with reasonable notice.

Free UK Shipping Policy

Fragrance Society members qualify for complimentary standard UK shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required. This benefit applies automatically at checkout when you are logged in to your member account.

Non-members are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Express and international shipping options are available to all customers at the published rates shown during checkout.

Free 2ml Sample Policy

Every Testament order includes a complimentary 2ml fragrance sample. Please note the following:

• One complimentary sample is included per order, regardless of order size
• Samples are selected by Testament London LTD unless a preference is specified at checkout where the option is available
• Sample availability is subject to stock and may vary — we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent selection
• Complimentary samples are non-returnable and excluded from refund eligibility

Refund & Return Rules

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• 14-day return window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.
• Opened fragrances: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrance products unless the item is defective.
• Defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a full replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Refund processing: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions and a return authorisation.

Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (or your selected currency where multi-currency is available) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Testament London LTD does not store card details on its own servers.

Order confirmation is sent to your registered email address once payment is authorised. Dispatch of goods constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, imagery, logos, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Testament London LTD or is used under licence. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testament London LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or any products purchased through it. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
