Shipping & Returns

Testament London ships from fulfilment centres in the United Kingdom, Slovakia, France and Romania. Orders are dispatched from the nearest location based on stock availability, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We use 3PL logistics — all our fulfilment centres are managed and owned by partners that deliver the highest standard of delivery service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, pleasecontact us.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide full return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery via our contact page. We will confirm whether the requested item is available and advise on next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess your claim and offer a full replacement or refund as appropriate.
