Shipping & Returns
Testament London ships all orders from the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and on time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

All delivery estimates are indicative. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruption are outside our control.

Members of the Testament Fragrance Society receive complimentary standard UK shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no exceptions. Membership is free to join and applies automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your account.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at admin@testament-collection.com.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.
To initiate a return, email admin@testament-collection.com with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide full return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer care team at admin@testament-collection.com within 14 days of delivery. We will confirm whether the requested item is available and advise on next steps.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@testament-collection.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess your claim and offer a full replacement or refund as appropriate.
