Shipping & Returns

To deliver all orders in the UK and Europe, Testament Group is using different providers for shipping services, such as UPS, TNT, DHL, and Royal Mail. For the USA, Canada, Middle East, South America, and Asia we ship via UPS or DHL. Costs for this luxury shipping option are calculated at checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BACKORDERS

Because it is typically in such high demand, the item in question is no longer in stock and has been placed on backorder. The problem with the product’s availability is being worked on right now. Our company is making more goods, fixing supply chain delays, and delivering completed products to our clients and shops at a future date which will be announced via e-mail or via SMS.


UKComplimentary delivery applies to all orders, arrive within 3 to 5 working days

Europe Mainland orders arrive in 5 to 7  business days with a tracking number.

USA and Middle East orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days with a tracking number.

IMPORTANT: We currently ship from our facilities in the EU, UK, and Middle EAST. 

Please note, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.

We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.
International orders must be shipped to the cardholder’s address.

UK Express Delivery – £15

Our next day delivery service rate is £30

Orders must be placed before 1. pm for delivery before 12. pm noon the next day.
Delivery is from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays
USA, Canada, Europe, and Middle East Express Delivery – £30
Delivery within 5 – 7 working days to mainland Europe.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us at one of the email addresses shown below, giving details of the products ordered and the order number.

All products must be returned in a sealable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with any security seals still intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the products, their packaging, or their security seals have been used, removed, broken, or tampered with.
Please note that your right to cancel or return a product does not apply to unsealed fragrances that have been opened, tested, or partially used.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The following clauses apply if you wish to return an order delivered to you in the UK, EU & Non-EU:

Complete the returns form and place it in a box.

Place the products in original packaging for protection during transit.

After you have emailed [email protected] regarding your return, we will email by return, with documents and instructions to shippers.

You will receive an email return label, shipment instructions, and customs invoice (if applicable) and a link for you to schedule a pickup.

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds on UK and EU Orders. Within 14 days of us receiving your order back by post, or receiving proof that your order was returned to us, we will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order provided that you return the products to us in a sealable condition. Refunds will be made back to the same card used to pay for the order.
Refunds on a Non-EU Order. If you placed your order and paid for it to be delivered to a Non-EU country, then within 14 days of receiving your Order back by post we will refund you the original purchase price for your order provided that you return the products to us in a sealable condition.
Please note that we shall not refund the original delivery charge or any local customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to a local customs authority.
